Do more water changes with RO/DI untill its almost 0.000, Run phosban in a reactor if your not and feed less unless you have demanding fish like anthias. Your tank should be able to handle 2 larger feedings a day without that much Po4 in your tank so something else is wrong. Also, there is no reason to remove Carbon unless its not phosphate free.

Also, if you have detritus buildup in your sump or low flow areas of your tank its a good idea to siphon it out and keep that out of your tank whenever you can. Its wasting away creating Po4 as well.

Theres a bunch of methods to reduce Po4 here on the site, do a search.

the most natural approach would be to put macro algae in your sump. If its a 50g sump just put a whole bunch in there and let it grow, that should take care of the phosphate problem.

Well first make sure you have a good phos test kit. I use the new hanna phos meter and it seems to be working. But I use chemi pure elite, rowa phos media, and the phos removing green filter pad. And that seems to work for me very well but I also do water changes or 20% every 2 weeks. I feed 3 times a day and every second day I hang the dry sea weed on the glass for the tangs to eat.. But this is what works for me like I found out what works for me might not work for other. Good luck
