Ok, I am in precess of planning and setting up a new tank. I had a 75g reef tank before. I had a 150 g stock tank for a fuge/sump. The lighting was two 250w MH and two 110 VHO.
I am thinking about a 220 high. It measures 75" long, 30" tall, and 24" front to back. I am looking at a Perfecto. Does anyone have this tank? If so, thoughts on it?
If I wanted to keep some monti caps and a few select sps towards the top half of the tank and most of the corals would be lps, could I get away with 250w MH? or would I need to upgrade to 400 w MH?
I plan on building 'islands' of rock and have a lot of open sand for my zoo and blasto gardens, lol.
