VHO Options?

I'm looking to add 4 VHO lamps to my current 58 gallon setup. I currently have 2 55w PC in there, but they are really dull. I am considering going with PFO from Marine Depot since Reef Exotics doesn't carry anything in the 24" range.

This is what I was looking at:

Does anyone have experience with PFO? good, bad, indifferent? Or and other recmmendations?

I would like to have them on timers... 2 come on 11am ish... then the other two come on... and then the MH comes on during the 6 - 9 or 10pm-ish (main viewing time). I was also thinking this will help conserve some money on the E-bill.

PFO good. VHO - ok
Look into T-5 running on icecap ballast. Small bright and good! Plus the icecaps are dimmable meaning you can simulate sunrise and sunset.
