T5 vs mh/t5 vs LEDs

My debate ... I'm planning my 120 lighting
My choices are. 48*24*24

ati 10 lamp t5's
Or
ice cap mh / t5 combo 2-250w +2-54w t5
Or
LEDs (pacsuns or wingo some where along those line
(controllable)

What do you guys think

well i have owned mh, t5 and led. ive always went back to t5's less electric depending on how many bulbs and bulb lenght, more so because i can make my color temp how i want by using different bulbs, dont buy into t5 is less heat either then mh. if you have the $ to spend i would say go with leds and actually there are to AI 4' brand new units on here f\s. had the maxspect 170w light and really liked it just didnt give me enough front to back coverage
