RIP Chromis! :(

lost my first fish. , ok thats a lie. ive lost 2 other chromis, but it wasnt in the DT they died. both had gone blind and could no longer feed so they where QT'ed and they died there. any who so i lost another one that was ok health wise, or rather the others had JUST started picking on him. so shock it happened, i only found his head and spine, no eyes. looks like my clean up crew does work....(insert morbid joke here)...cause last nigh he was ok and very much alive. im very shocked, i vaguely remember reading that chromis have a habit of picking on each other and killing themselves off. well looks like they're doing a good job, i started with 8, and now im down to 5 .

What are you feeding, and how much? Make sure it is varied, and start using supplements (Selcon, Zoe, Zoecon, etc.) if you are not already.

What size tank?

Make sure you have lots of hiding places, this will go a long way to reducing stress. If you don't have enough, head to Home Depot today with $10 and pick up a handful of small PVC tees.

Having tons of hiding places is definitely important, but if your avatar is your tank, it looks like your rockwork is plenty full of nooks and crannies, as it were...

i have all that down, like daisy said thats my tank in the pic, and only half of it for that matter, i scaped so that there are plenty of hiding places, and i mean plenty. its not a food issue either cause in a 3 day period they dont receive the same type of food twice, and they are fed twice a day. its def not stress cause i have other fish that are more stress susceptible that are very healthy and fat.
