hairy mushrooms advice

Some of the hairy mushrooms (3 of 10 polyps) on a rock have turned white which I believe was due to changing over from my t5's to a temporary 250W MH pendant.

It could also be due to a lower nutrient level in my tank from when I first had them....

Do they regain their color or should I yank the white ones out?

they're bleached from too much light, no need to take em out. Move them to a shadyer part of your reef, they took awhile to lose color it'll be awhile til it comes back
