my plan is to have the 92 corner sit eye level on a custom cabinet stand.under the 92 will be the first tank most likely a 30gal long fuge underneath that with be the sump another 30 gal with all the equip.o u guys think this will be possible.if so what would be your opinions on how to set this up correctly.i believe the drain size will be 1" for the 92.i was also thinking a mag 9 is what i would need to get the water back up to the 92 with a manifold for the phosban and carbon reactors.the water will flow directly into the fuge then the fuge drain will go into a filter sock located in the sump.

i recomend an external pressure rated pump if possible. It will handle the head pressure much better than a submersible.

i dont think that will look to goo.what size and brand of external would you recommend

No particular brand.

It sounds like you're doing some custom work, so I would just get a small tank and drill the back for a simple return to the main tank.

If it was above the tank, you'd have to do a little maintenance to keep it looking nice.

nice plan. i have the same setup minus the fuge in the middle. i converted my sump to also be a fuge. your plan sounds good however as albano mention, the tank will need to be high, maybe higher than you think cause u need to allow extra space above the 2 bottom tanks for maintenance work.
the pump will also need extra pressure for all that height. i would recommend getting the strongest Pan World Magnetic Water Pump. i hear they are relatively cheap aren't as noisy.

Not trying to rain on your parade...but, been there, done that! Just want to save you some aggrevation.
I'm not sure if you mean 4' 6" or 46", but both are too high...if you've seen my 450g build thread...I started with the stand at 38"...when I finally got the tank test filled (just fresh water), I realized that it was very hard to work on/in! I disassembled the entire thing and shortened the stand to 32".
How high are your ceilings? Top of tank will be over 6' (plus lighting), you will need a step ladder (not step-stool) for everything...PITA! (IMO)
