I have a 28 jbj-(all in one system).. in my back chamber i have a filter pad-chaeto-chemipure. i have a few pieces of live rock/rubble as well on the bottom.. i was looking back there tonight when the cheato led came on i noticed alot of dirt/detritis on the bottom and on the rocks.. is it okay to syphon it out during my next water change or i shouldnt mess around with it back there?

By all means, do clean it out. You might be able to reach it with a turkey baster.
Do put what you take out into a small tupperware container and make sure to put back all the pods you capture from there.
It will definitely help lower any nitrates you might have :)

+1.....but I dont know if I have the patience to put back the pods
