My Sunburst Anthias has a small bump with red mark on the top of the body near the fin. what medicine should I use or should I just leave it.

My Sunburst Anthias has a small bump with red mark on the top of the body near the fin. what medicine should I use or should I just leave it.

Best if you can get a pic of it.
Leave it alone for the time being, as you could do more harm than good treating something that is unknown.

Here's the picture. It has 2 holes on each side near the top. The wound is getting bigger since last week.
