They will both eat Brine Shrimp, try feeding other meaty sea foods as well .And the Wrasse will go to bed in the sand at night so be sure you have a sand bed for it.Did you try feeding them yet?

Ant..I had both in my tank at the same time....no problems. The CBS is nocternal and will be more active at night and as mentioned a scavanger it will eat any meaty foods...during the day it will probably find a cave in the back for it's territory and not be seen much except if food is present. Also it gets pretty big and will eat sleeping small fish...mine ate all my blue chromis. The wrasse, as mentioned, small meaty foods, but will learn to eat everything. It's also great for pest control like monti nudis, pyrimid snails. I had it in a BB tank so a sandbed isn't a requirement, but you have one anyway....good luck with them.
