my cleaners are filled with eggs i know they normally just dissapear but i was wondering has anyone ever tried to breed them

Deep had some spawn in his tank. I know he was trying to see if they would grow out in small containers. Perhaps he'll update the thread with how it went.

read sites about growing them out but its a long and hard process. It involves saving them from your tank first and then feeding them with live phytoplankton for a while

I would definitely remove the shrimp to a comfortable Q tank before they release the eggs, they'll become fish food (if you have fish).Or, use one of those "maternity" isolation boxes that work for fish.

you know whats the funniest thing, my cleaner shrimp after releasing the kids starts eating them herself

Deep had no luck man ,not an easy thing to do ,Now if i just see it happening in my tank <I take a cup and scoop out some of the off springs just for the heck of it ,always cool to see baby anything they are always cute ,puls it give them a lil long life

Successfully raising cleaner shrimp larvae is near impossible. You'd have a better chance with Peppermint Shrimp.

I have 3 of them as wel l,but with al the fish and inverts i have ,nothing that spawns in my tank wil survive.

yeh guys i know i was just wondering if maybe i sould put them in my refug its about 10 gallons but i guess its not worth it
