I just wanted to give a general thank you to the entire MR community for making the swap such a great success. We have a great group of members, volunteers, admins and vendors that all need to work together to make these events come off so seamlessly. You all should be proud of yourselves. FYI, several of our vendors are of the " national" variety, and it always makes me smile when they tell me that of the dozens of shows they attend around the country annually, they always look forward to MR events and consider us among their very favorites to attend.
Special recognition needs to go to the following:
Josh and his family without whom none of this would happen-- try juggling infant twins while you are the man in charge.
Kathy the tireless, who does AN AMAZING amount of work before during and after the event on the raffle and about a dozen other things as well.
Mike Marrrone who quietly is one of the unsung heros of these events being the point man on the water needs of our vendors as well as organizing and staffing the MR auction table all day long and then literally draining all the water back out of vendors tanks and disposing of it.
Frank (Fry) who provides all the electrical support for the event.
And finally Jim (House) from Saltwater Critters who is the on site host for the Pace events while simultaneously acting as a vendor. I don't know how he does it, but does it he does
Kris, Tosiek, Mike ( slammajamma), Janine , Ming, Frank (Cupcake) and surely many others I'm forgetting right now deserve tons of credit as well.
Nice job MR!
