Just because they are trained to eat pellets doesn't mean they won't eat your corals. It just means they will stand a better chance at survival. Very bad choice for anything other than a LARGE densely coral packed system where nipping won't be noticed.

Sorry Dave but I agree.

And as far as bad PE, that's when you have to look extra close for red bugs. But if you see bites on the acro your dealing with AEFW.

no parasites on my acros. its the nitrates after the series of WC i have scheduled ull see

ive had acros for about a year and then a friend came over and pointed out I had red bugs, the corals grew but they had minimal PE

Red bugs are extremely hard to notice if you dont know what you are looking for.

If you weren't so far I would come by and look.

if I'm not mistaken, no3 would effect coloration more that PE. No?
