What skimmer? 90g

I have a 90g reef with a 55g sump and I don't like how the AquaC ev-120 performs and how inconsistent it is for me. It produces too many microbubbles and must be re-adjusted every few days...
What skimmer do you guys suggest? I am looking at Octopus, SWC, and some others so far... What would you guys get?
I am looking to keep it under around $350. Not made of money over here :tongue1:

Reef Octopus 6 (180 Gallon) Recirculating works great for my 100G display and 40G sump fro less than $300. I had a Aquac EV 180 before.
Make sure you have the sump space

I really like the look and reviews of the 160 cone... Does anyone else suggest it? It looks nice and small but very powerful. Love the look too! :inlove:

I got an aqua c ev 180 and it works great.its a set it forget it for me..it does really well in my system i would suggest everyone to get

I liked my AquaC EV120 for a few months but it needs to be re-adjusted too much for me, it makes too much noise, too many microbubbles, and it won't even skim wet anymore... Weird.

Check out the SRO XP1000SSS cone skimmer http://www.aquacave.com/super-reef-octopusbr-xp-1000sss-cone--brprotein-skimmer-3059.html, I have the SRO XP2000 cone and it works great.

Sorry bout that (didn't see the 55gal sump), you would need the XP2000 cone not the XP1000 cone.
