Where does everyone get their Co2 bottles for their calcium reactors filled from? I don?t want to trade my bottle in since it?s a brand new bottle. Any have a recommendation?
if your in queens, go to lund fire equipment in bayside. They fill and you get yrou same bottle back. If the guy is ther ethey fill it on the spot for you takes about 5 minutes a 10pound tank cost just over 10 bucks
Thanks for all the info guys! Looks like its pretty easy to do! Its a 5 gallon tank. I dont need it fill ed quite yet(Its still at 750) just wanted to see some options.
There are only a few places that fill your CO2 tank and usually you will have to leave it with them. It is for that reason that i would recommend initially buying a used certified CO2 tank.(all tanks must be recertified every 5 years)This way you can just drop off the bottle and leave with a replacement. The 10LB and 20Lb tanks are more cost efficient since they are cheaper to refill and last longer.
