Fish Trap for an angel

My blue face was an angel, pun intended, for the last year. But he just decided he likes frogspawn. He's one of the biggest reasons I upgraded last February, but this is probably only the beginning. Anyone have a fish trap? Or a way to catch the bugger? He's a hider, its going to be tough and I'm not pulling rock out of this tank.

Also, he has eaten one of the heads partially bear. Will/can it grow back?

I used egg crate and sum zip ties just make a cube out of egg crate big enuff 4 him leave 1 side hinged like a door and wala u got a fish trap. For smaller fish same game plan just cut open a loofa(bath sponge thing) and it's like a giant net wrap around Ur trap so the little guys can't swim out. Leave in tank a few days then bait it and catch him
