We need more info...did this just suddenly start, if not, what if anything was changed in the tank.

Is the tank RR or uses an overflow box?

Can you possibly post a pic of the entire sump area?

Do I have this right - there is only one return coming up from your sump to the split lockline nozzles in the pic...and only one of those nozzles has bubbles coming out of it?

Slowing down the flow helped me. But there has to be air in there already or air entering the line somewhere. Did you do anything that would have gotten air trapped in the line or pump? Where is the skimmer in relation to the return pump? Please explain the setup a little more....How big is your sump do you have bubble traps in it?

That seems odd
Have you tried moving the one nozzle they seem to be coming from? Perhaps it is not sealed as tightly above the water line as the other nozzle...microbubbles are sometimes formed by a tiny 'hole' (or not tight joint) where water is rushing past and it literally sucks in air causing the bubbles.

Me, I'd wiggle it a little :flirt:

Does it constantly spit out bubbles? Maybe try slowing the flow and see if it still does it, then speed it back up and see if it starts again. Then you def know you have air getting in somewhere....

Ah, that's more info!
Dial back the pump some. Try a quarter turn at a time.
The ball valves near the pump - are they before or after the pump?

Its hard to tell from that pic but im gonna assume the return pump is to the left? If so it looks like there may be bubbles in the water around the pump is that correct?
