Grass/feeder shrimp?

where can i find grass/feeder shrimp locally? Im in New Rochelle, ny

Go buy a long net with small mesh. Go down to mamaroneck harbor at high tide and scoop them off the rock wall or high grass. I've been doing it for a while, they're always there. Very plentiful as well.
