I am setting up a frag tank. 15gallon stand alone tank. I have 2x24" t5ho lights , I may add 2 more. No filter. I have all kinds of old power heads so ill be working out flow.
My plan is to do 100% water change weekly. Keep no Live rock and No sand in the tank and no fish.
Is this a good idea?
My concern is not having enough nutrients.
Should I just add 1 piece of LR or maybe a few inches of sand, or something? Is there some additive I should use to feed corals. I dont really buy into feeding corals in my reef system, but in this case it might be different..
Does anyoen have this kind of sterile frag tank? any advice would be great.
