"For Sale / For Trade" vs. "Vendor Sales"

These two forums are generally used for those of us selling things on the site.

It seems that now as we are growing, some of us have been able to get "connections" of one sort or another and are able to offer the rest of us "better than retail" prices on many products.

How do we discern when a hobbyist is getting a "deal" should post the sale up in the "For Sale / For Trade" and when in the "Vendor Sales" ?

would it be safe to say that if a profit is being made then it should be posted in "Vendor Sales" and if there is no profit (just passing along a good deal) then it could be just placed in the "For Sale / For Trade" forum.

this obviously is reffering to livestock and/or "new" products.
used goods and/or frags from ones tank i would think are clearly for the "For Sale / For Trade" forum.

I'll say I judge someone to be a vendor if they are buying wholesale and selling for a profit.

If someone is buying wholesale and selling at the same price then
they are not a vendor and considered extremely cool by me

not knocking the vendors, just giving props where props are due.
