Profile: BLUE-DN (PF2)
Control: Ramp
Time: 60 Start: 95 End: 11

Profile: BLUE-MAX (PF3)
Control: Ramp
Time: 1 Start: 95 End: 95

Repeated for White on PF4, 5 and 6

Under Outlet Setup
Outlet: VarSpd1
Name: Blue
Control: Advanced
Icon: Light A
Setup:
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 13:00 to 14:00 Then BLUE-UP
If Time 14:00 to 22:00 Then BLUE-MAX
If Time 22:00 to 23:00 Then BLUE-DN

It should still work, the Buckpucks use a 5V control (0 full and 5V off) though so you'll need to adjust the program differently so your program should read....

Profile: BLUE-UP (PF1)
Control: Ramp
Ramp time 60, Start 45 (4.2V is off on Buckpucks) end 0 (0 is full power)

Profile: BLUE-DN (PF2)
Control: Ramp
Time: 60 Start: 0 End: 45

Profile: BLUE-MAX (PF3)
Control: Ramp
Time: 1 Start: 0 End: 0

Outlet: VarSpd1
Name: Blue
Control: Advanced
Icon: Light A
Setup:
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 13:00 to 14:00 Then BLUE-UP
If Time 14:00 to 22:00 Then BLUE-MAX
If Time 22:00 to 23:00 Then BLUE-DN

I'm not sure if it'll damage the buckpucks if you give it a 10V signal, since it should only be 0-5V. Based on that, I'm not sure you ever want to use the ON/OFF settings on the dimmers because it defaults to 10V or 0V

If I read the spec sheets right 10V is fine, it's the control voltage off the driver; in one of the examples they give the 10V control to the ref pin is used as an on/off. Take a look at figure 11 on page 7 http://www.luxdrive.com/download/?dltf&dmid=1109

On the Meanwells anything below ~1.4V on the dim wire will shut the ballast so off will be fine, on the Buckbucks keeping the profile at fallback ON (anything over 4.2V) should do the same.

I have dimmerable buckpucks 1000ma. I did this outlet change from qy7400

Outlet: VarSpd1
Name: Blue
Control: Advanced
Icon: Light A
Setup:
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 13:00 to 14:00 Then BLUE-UP
If Time 14:00 to 22:00 Then BLUE-MAX
If Time 22:00 to 23:00 Then BLUE-DN

Did you define the 3 profiles? If you unplug the RJ45 from the controller do the LEDs go full on?

If I remember correctly they are case sensitive as well, also the fallback and set should be on; the buckpuck dims as voltage goes up.

no luck, the leds go full on. Then turns off when they suppose to be on if the outlet is program to this correct?

If Time 13:00 to 14:00 Then BLUE-UP
If Time 14:00 to 22:00 Then BLUE-MAX
If Time 22:00 to 23:00 Then BLUE-DN

qy7400 is basically saying add this

Fallback ON
Set ON
If Time 13:00 to 14:00 Then BLUE-UP
If Time 14:00 to 22:00 Then BLUE-MAX
If Time 22:00 to 23:00 Then BLUE-DN

Otherwise the lights will be on 24/7
For buckpucks, ON is OFF, and OFF is ON since higher voltage = dimmer lights for buckpucks

How do you have the Apex connected, it should look like this where the ext 5V source is the Apex.
