Salt settling time?

I am treating with interceptor and I just mixed my salt. If I put in the interceptor at around 5 and do a waterchange at 11, will the salt be ok? I want to do this treatment now because my corals are not looking good at all and getting worse every day from the red bugs. Will the salt water be ok to use after mixing for 12 hours? It's coralife salt.

yes, just make sure it is temp adjusted and keep a powerhead in the bucket, also turn off all carbon and gfo while doing the treatment, personally if only doing 5 hours do a little heavier dosage, you do know this can kill all shrimp and hermits ?

Yup removed my shrimp and no hermits in tank. Thanks for info! Also, my anemones will be fine right?
