Refugium mud Question

Not a good idea to put some in the fuge if you already have an established tank?Thoughts?If any,what Brand?

i used ecosystem miracle mud when i had my 120. its a lil costly but i found it to be worth it

I added fiji something or other to an established set up.the oonly downside was the cloudyness of the tank for awhile.then the coating of dust on everything
