plate not looking good

i went home for lunch and my plate looked very pale in color. it's mouth was open and it was throwing up chunks of brown stuuff. i checked my gravity and it was high @ 1.030. i guess the heat in my home evaporated my water quickly these last two nights.

the only thing i can think of is that i got some cheato and just a couple pieces of LR rubble(very small) yesterday but i don't think that would have caused any problems.

i did skip the water change this weekend. that could be another issue.

is there hope for my plate? how do i know if its a gonner? i am addding RO/DI water as we speak. i need some help please.

Bring your salt down very slow ,try to et yourself an auto top off so you dont have this prob again
As for the plate ,i cant say srry .but i know my plate does that every now a then ,mostly when its letting out waste(brown stuff)

hey DEEP would you be upset w/ me if i told you to hold on to it for me til next weekend? problem is that this weekend i'm gonna be extremly busy and during the week it's even worse for me. if someone else buys it off you i understand, you have to sell. you are a business.
