If anyone has the compositions of the foods and poops of all the stuff that we put a the tank, pls list them here.

e.g. Plants "eats" CO2 and release "O2" when lited
"eats" O2 and ...................when dark

In particular, I am interested in something like the littleneck clams.

Let me clarify a bit.

e.g.
1)The clams eat micro oraganism such as plankton, some bacteria, may be some very small frags of fish food....then they poop. What's in there, any ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, minerals......?

2)In another thread, a coral is munching a seahare, what does the seahare turn into? What waste material does the coral generate?

3)Fish waste include ammonia, excess vitamins, unabsorbed minerals, H2S....

That's exactly what I am trying to do except I am trying to go cheap by using littleneck.

Littleneck Clams

Excerpt: "The littleneck clam is a suspension feeder, collecting everything in the plankton small enough to be ingested (Schmidt and Warme 1969). The size of particle ingested is controlled by the size of the mouth opening or the life stage. Clam postlarvae can feed only on particles under 10 pm in diameter, primarily benthic diatoms and perhaps sediment bacteria (Peterson 1982)."

I read that article before too but still cannot find the info on the poops. My god, I am really poop fetish now.
