i have been noticing cyano poping up on my back wall and a few spots on rocks.. not sure why.. i do weekly water changes using ro water. tds is always at 0. and i check my phos and it is currently .00 using hanna meter. i have a mp10 in my nano so i dont see much dead spots in my tanks.. what should i do to get rid of it. scared it will spread

alot of cyno threads going on now. kathy has an old good one.

2 quick things.
3 days lights off.
then start slow with turning back on...
depending on types of corals...2 days if anything serious

and try some special blend as well if you want...

Microbe Lift Special Blend. Worked for me.. supposedly it starves out cyano, because it sucks up all of the nutrients it feeds off of.

Definitely recommended... worked for me and friend of mine.

Zeobak mixed with coral snow. The snow will evenly distribute the healthy bacteria colonies to outcompete the cyano and starve it out.

Biomate also helps by dissolving detritus that has built up on rocks and sand surfaces.
