Anyone have experience with the Illumagic LEDs?

I have the Illumagic Blaze series S over a 25 gallon cube. It seems my Crocea clam is getting nowhere near enough light as it used to be under a 150 watt halide. The reason I say this is because hes "trumpeting" for light as you would see a mushroom do if it it were streaching for light. Mind you hes about 7 inches away from the light but still that makes me worry. I have all the values at maximum brightness. Unfortunatly I dont have access to a par meter at the moment, regardless of the fact that par isnt the end all be all factor as far as measuring light. Is this light any good?
