I got a 210 reef mixed with sps lps zoas
everything is growing but ive been thinking about redoing the rock work on at least half of the tank.
is it possible to move the corals to a few tubs and redo the rockwork or do you think i will get a big cycle in my tank and it crash?

Re-scaping should not cause the tank to cycle again, if anything, it would give you a chance to syphon out the excess detritus.
I would add a powerhead and heater in the tub or tubs with coral since these task usually take a few hours and replace with new saltwater in the tank when done. (disguard tub water that held corals)

HAVE DONE IT MANY TIMES ALSO BUT EXPECT TO LOSE SOME CORAL SOMETIMES.... SOME CORALS DONT DO GOOD WITH NEW LIGHTING AND FLOW. sOMETIMES I LOSE CORAL BECASUE IT CLOSES UP I THINK ITS JUST A ROCK AND THROW IT SOMEWHERE WERE I CANT GET TO....

So true, but I have learned to be extra careful.;) When you put them in tubs, or tanks make sure they don't touch as well as keep in mind those sweeper tentacles.:) Also, when placing the corals back in the tank keep in mind where they were before concerning lighting & flow exposure.;) You will be fine!!

Don't forget Power Head & heater in the holding tanks/tubs... If you need help give holla.

Yeah I re did my aquascape and the only loss was a sensitive sps frag, I'm not surprised though, there was a slight shift in parameters. No biggie, all other colonies are doing great.
