Hey guys.....So I ordered 100lbs of dry rock from reeflceaners on here and I was wondering.....once I receive it how should I go about it? I have a 120 gallon sump for my 210 and the plan is to just fill it with rock and mud. Can I just put the dry rock in the sump without it causing any ill affect on my system? Thanks in advance, Fortunato

Dry rock can still contain dead organics which can start a cycle.

I'd cure it in a separate container before adding it to your system.

Hey guys so I just received the rock from reefcleaners and it's some awesome rock! Definitely recommend it to anyone starting a new set up. But anyways, I put it in my sump already and I was wondering if I have to put any established rock on top of it or if the bacteria will just grow in it since there's plenty of "live" stuff in my system

LMAO fortunato ur a gangter arse dude lol
