Is this a bad algae?

Some white fuzzy stuff has started growing on my war coral and leptoseris. Is it algae or what? The coral seem to be able to grow around the infected area. None of the other corals in my DT show any signs of this. I?ve attached 2 photos. It?s in the lower left edge of the war coral an upper part of the lepto. Can I treat it and will it spread?

I concur with Noelskii!

Please attempt to retake picture under white lighting or using an ORANGE filter in front of the camera if you want to take the picture under the blue lighting.
