these where in my friends tank....when we was moving stuff to another tank... So I wanted to know if it was good or bad???

The green ones are fine. The red, I've read, can be very bad. Don't touch these worms! Hundreds of tiny bristles will imbed in your skin.

DO NOT touch the red ones! it will feel like your hand is on fire! not a pleasant experience.
