Bulk Mysis

Any one have a contact for purchasing mysis shrimp in bulk? Preferably in 16oz sheets. I've been using the SFB bloodworm flats, but I can't seem to find the mysis in the same size.

I second calling patsy at mysis.com. Very professional and by far the best mysis in the industry. Hikari comes in a close second and is great for juvi fish who have a hard time swallowing the bigger mysis from PE. SF Brand is a block of ice with some mysis thrown in.

I like piscine too. Very clean product. I've used other sources as well, but often it's a "dirty"(lots of oils and shreaded shrimp parts) product compared to the piscine.

Does the PE mysis come in flats or is it a big block?

It's sold by the cubic yard. Make sure you have a forklift there to unload when the truck comes in. We get 8oz flat packs.

I do have one problem with the Mysis. Whenever I feed it in a tank with tangs they stop grazing and eating seaweed. Been feeding in one tank for 3 yrs and the tangs are fat and happy so I guess it isnt a problem.
