Are they being moved etc
Any importers on here import such fish or intrested in doing so

I can tell you that, from a hobbyist perspective, there is near zero interest in keeping temperate saltwater tanks. There are quite a few freshwater fishkeepers, but I have a feeling that more are still tropical fish than temperate.
The temperate market is really for select individuals who are looking for another excuse for a grand aquarium. The boxfish you mentioned does fairly well with the warmer species, and eat well, although the high pricetag limits how many are sold of'course.
I think that mostly temperate fish are handled by Public Aquariums and other institutions.
