Need help

So I was taking my icecap 3k a vinegar bath with a heater and other things that I wanted clean befor I put it in a new tank and I came from work and the water was super dirty I thought it was normal then everything had some orange color in it and then I found a screw driver so I am guessing my daughter found it laying around and dropped it in there it?s my fualt if cousae but I tried to scrub it multiple times changed the water and did it again and got some of it off but the orange tint is still on there can anyone else in how to clean This or is this garbage?

hopefully this helps. seems like baking soda/white vinegar paste and scrub really well and then of course a RO soak. hope that helps!
