I have a 20 gallon high tank I set up recently, im using Catalina natural seawater and distilled for topoffs, a Prizm skimmer (collects alot of gunk so far), Penguin 550 powerhead, and empty Aquaclear 150 for flow, 100W RENA heater.
Its currently cycling with 35 pounds live sand and 25 pounds...
