I'm not sure if what I've heard is true, but I've read in more than one place that the reason that they don't do well in aquariums is because people keep only one. They(the authors) recommend keeping a small school. Once agian, I'm not sure if this is true or not, but it's something to think...

Would it be better to buy them in wild pairs or small tank raised? When you say that they wouldn't get 'established' in a 65 gallon do you mean that the tank is too small or that they wouldn't pair off in their ananome? Thanks
