What is the unit of measurement for intensity of lights (I am thinking lumens) and does any one know a source to look up what each bulb puts out?

The other fish have the eel well trained. Even the smallest fish in our tank chases him back into his hiding place. Will keep a close eye on him to see if he gets more agressive. Thanks for the help.
