I'm not trying to speak for Chuck, but locally a number of us have been doing a lot of observations/study of all aspects of his system, plumbing, flow, pumps, where placed, seeing what other corals are sensitive to the dendros and vice versa, what eats dendros (nasty little fishies!)...
