all my fish died a month ago so i did 2 waterchanges and let the water sit for a month and then added 3 cromis and the other 2 cromises have cuts on there tails in the same place. im guessing my water is contaminated and i will start from new. any ideas what is causing the cuts?

first a white face and now he has vanished

my chromis has a beige face and it is freakin me out!!! any ideas what it can be?
