It looks just like thick hair filaments, so they do move with current, but they are very tought to scrape off. Its not like those cyanobacteria where you could scrape it off easily. I think it looks like link below...

Can anybody here give me how to beat red turf algae break out?? It all started off of 1 LR and now I see few filaments in almost all my other rocks, and I can't scrub them off. I'm guessing tuxedo urchin? Thanks

Hi, I recently got a small angler and I noticed that he eat my damsel which was about twice the size. I had no idea he could swallow fish twice as big. He is showing some signs of heavy breathing, but still active in my tank. Any suggestions??? Thanks
