Thanks for the advice everyone. I'll be sure to run some carbon in my aquaclear...something i've never done in my reefs before. I guess i'll just add a few softies and make sure things settle down and get a good water change regimen down before i add the scorpionfish, if thats what i decide...

Hey all, I upgraded my bakpak about a year ago to an mj1200 and have been super pleased. I had the venturi kit from PA, but all i ended up doing was sticking the airline into the intake in one of the three slots. Foams like mad. Works great! Any questions email me at [email protected]!! Barry

I will be moving back into my apartment and will be bringing my RO/DI system with. Where do i get these caps for the lines to keep the membrane wet? Can i just put like duct tape over them? Barry
