8O I set up a 30 gallon marine aquarium 4 weeks ago, got some live rock, 2 Domino Damsel. Everything going well (ish!) Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0 but nitrates still at 30ppm. i'v just added some Kent Nitrate sponge to my canister filter and i know it will take some time to bring down the nitrates but...

iv just got my hands on about 20lbs of dead live rock for a £10! It has been sat in a garage dry for the last year. If i add some to my new reef tank with some cured, seeded live do you think eventually come alive and be as good as any other live rock?.......what do you think??
