I’m sorry to here that you did not receive a sample at MACNA of our products. I had a death in the family and was unable to attend this year. I sent Dr. Robert Hildreth and Bruce Lapham in my place with samples. Did you ask for a sample and not receive one?

Eric has asked that I help explain how the product works. After the product binds with the phosphate it forms a precipitate. That precipitate will stay locked up as long as the aquariums pH does not drop below 6.0. If the aquariums pH drops below 6.0 there are far bigger problems...
