thanks for all the info in your reply Meloco. im going to have the return from the sump and i might but a HOB filter in as well so would i need a powerhead or something to create more watermovement?

Its a 10 gallon tank and im currently building a sump with refugium for it (just for fun) so it'll be close to 15+ gallons of water. planning on having 40 watts of daylight and 40 watts actinic.
