well i just finished all the plumbing last night, light is ordered i went with the aquaticlife 6x39w light structure, im going with a mag drive 5(is this too low) today im exchanging sand and water from 120 aswell as my live rock (without coral) and just a few other things such as new heaters...

just bought a new fish tank downgrade from my 120g now my only issues is choosing the right lighting should i go with metal halides again or do i go to the 6x39w t5ho's on my 65g 36x18x24? looking for expert advice.
