^+1 what kind of test kits? Just looking at the pictures, you don't appear to have algae issues, which would be indicative of higher nutrient levels.

That seems like a little bit of a high bioload for a 6 gallon, but if your water change schedule and filtration can keep up with it, you would be ok. I don't know that much about fragging anemones but any type of anemone that hosts clowns will outgrow that tank, that would be the other concern...
