  1. Precision Marine Waste Collector

Looking to buy a Precision Marine waste collector for my skimmer. New or used, would like to be able to get it by this weekend. Thanks.
  2. 75 Science Lab Reef

Here are some pics of the stuff that has been added to the tank over the past few weeks: Some red shrooms added a few minutes before the pic was taken Tracto added the same time as the shrooms 2/3 of the anthias that are now in the tank One of the clams in the tank. A pagoda from...

Because sex discrimination laws allow for instances where a hostile work environment will be created. There was a case of a transvestite guy who wanted to use the ladies room a few years ago I think. They didn't want him to because they still considered him a guy, so they wanted to send him to...
  4. Todays Youth(Very Sad)

Yea in 2nd grade, when you popped the fake dimes from the paper in your workbook, it was sweet. My point was that most people could answer those questions without a problem, because a relatively small minority of us who apply to Bikiki's store and can't answer the question shouldn't classify us...
  5. Todays Youth(Very Sad)

Minimum age is because of child labor laws. Please explain the criteria that makes a woman better at selling a bikini than a man beyond a customer's own perceptions? And the weight discriminations on flight attendants has been illegal since the 1980's...
  6. Todays Youth(Very Sad)

Well as a 26 year old youth, I find your statement very generalizing. Your sample size is restricted to female young women who are looking for a retail job at something close to minimum wage. So you've restricted it to young women who for the most part don't enter math based fields. This is...
  7. Reef controller

I have an ACJr. that I use to monitor the tank and I really like it. I never thought that I'd need or use a controller but I gave this one a try and I'm very pleased with it. If you've done or seen any programming before or know the jist of If Then statements, the AC language is pretty easy to...
  8. 75 Science Lab Reef

This past weekend we added 3 female squampy anthias to the tank. They're doing well and eating already. They're gonna get it on a schedule of morning, mid morning, lunch and before my mom leaves around 4ish for feeding times. I setup a small power compact light on a reverse schedule with the...
  9. 75 Science Lab Reef

Just an update to the tank. Over the past few weeks rock and sand were added to the tank. This past weekend scarlet hermits and snails were added to the tank. This pic is from the day after they were added. On the live rock so far I've found 1 red mushroom and what looks to be like some...
  10. WTB: Live Rock

Pretty simple, I'm looking to buy 15-25lbs of live rock. PM me if you've got some to sell. Thanks
  11. 75 Science Lab Reef

Long time no update. There was a delay with filling the tank, the plumber wanted to make the RO/DI install very neat which I'd say he did. I installed the solenoid and filter cartridges in the RO/DI last night and my mom will be filling the tank today after she lets the RO run into the sink...
  12. Downsizing my 280 to a 240 rimless.

Wait a tick, did you pick that aquarium up on the 22nd in White Plains. I think I remember them unloading it from the truck and said to myself, wow thats a pretty sweet looking tank. I was picking up a tiny 75 that day :(
  13. 75 Science Lab Reef

Update on the tank. I did the plumbing for the drains and the returns this weekend. I had to cut a bigger hole for the drain in the sump so it could take the 1.5" drain from the tank. I also modded the NW-150 skimmer so there is a gate valve on the exit to control the height in the skimmer...
  14. 75 Science Lab Reef

That would be quite awesome, I'll let you know once the tank has been setup and running for a while.

Here ya go. Not much to see yet, kinda just have some of the equipment down there waiting. and the electrical. The plug isn't GFCI but the circuit is, all the plugs in the lab are. The electrician they had was awesome and really helpful.
