They are calling the manufacturer to check if they now glue them. Either way they are replacing them!

I just got them from BRS. I am on hold with them. I will let you know how it worked out.

I have two Vertex containers that I just installed for my calcium and alkalinity dosing pumps. I looks like there is some air in the lines. There appear to be "nuts" where you insert the tubing on the top of the containers, but they don't budge. I don't want to force them off. I saw a photo...

I use the Flipper with no problem on my 54 gallon.
