These growth begun developing on my live rock after about 2 months. I believe they are types of duster. Can someone please verify? Also in the middle of the top picture, on the same live rock is this cocoon looking thing. Does anyone have any idea on what it may be?

This coral had completely died out about six months ago and is now growing back pretty well. Problem is that I can't remember what kind of coral it is!! :?: Please help
