I am a college student and having time to keep up with maintenance has been difficult. The stand and hood have been custom built by me as well as the sump. The hood face slides up for access to the tank. I have not had time to finish setting up the sump up but has been water tested...

Well i have the same tank. It depends if you care about the extra toys in the tank or in the sump. I personally say spend the money and drill it. But drill the back not the bottom because its tempered as you should know. I would go with at least a one inch bulk head for the drain and Over the...

The Remora is way better. Plus its smoked black acrylic vs clear. Looks nice and skimms very well. I replaced my bak pak with a remora. Never looked back. For the money the remora is a better.

I heard that the prizm is a little noisey because the pump is out side the water.

I have the same one. Directions say it shouldn't be submerged past the line but i've done it with no problems whatsoever. 8) :mrgreen:

Hey if your in need for some cell cast acrylic. Home Depot has it. Small-big, 1/8-1/4. A bit pricey but a quick buy. Its in the window replacement area. In a seperate rack. Good Luck
